Kerry and President Bush have scaled their campaigns back this week while the media devotes itself exclusively to a 24-hour commemorative orgy over the passing of Ronald Reagan. Bush will deliver a eulogy at Reagan's state funeral Friday, while Kerry says he plans to use this unexpected time off doing 'some office work that has been neglected as he travels around the country.'
